The Senior Citizen and Family Stabilization Project was created to help bridge the gap between healthcare services and the everyday living needs of seniors, adults with disabilities, and family caregivers.

While many individuals may qualify for Medicaid, Medicare, or traditional aging programs, critical support services often remain unavailable or uncovered. These unmet needs can lead to preventable hospitalizations, caregiver burnout, food insecurity, housing instability, social isolation, and the loss of independence.

Built upon the trusted 26-year foundation of Able Home Health Care, LLC, Able Home Health Care Senior Services, Inc. (AHHCSS, Inc.) provides support beyond traditional clinical care to help vulnerable individuals remain safe, stable, and comfortably in their own homes.

Extended Support Services

Through charitable donations, community partnerships, and local support, AHHCSS, Inc. provides essential non-clinical services that promote dignity, independence, stability, and quality of life.

Transportation Assistance

Helping seniors access:

• Medical appointments
• Pharmacies

• Essential errands and community resources

In many rural communities, reliable transportation can mean the difference between stability and crisis.

Food & Nutrition Support

Helping address food insecurity and promote healthy aging through nutritional assistance and community-based support services.

Chore & Household Assistance

Providing light household support that helps improve safety, reduce fall risks, and support daily living activities.

Personal Care & Companion Services

Offering compassionate non-clinical support designed to reduce isolation, preserve dignity, and improve emotional well-being.

Caregiver Education & Respite Support

Supporting family caregivers through education, guidance, and temporary relief services aimed at reducing caregiver exhaustion and stress.

Mental Health & Community Resource Connections

Connecting seniors and families with emotional support services, advocacy, and additional community-based resources.

Housing Stability & Aging-in-Place Advocacy

Helping seniors remain safe at home by supporting housing stability, accessibility, and aging-in-place solutions whenever possible.
