Able Home Health Care Senior Services, Inc. (AHHCSS, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) charitable and educational nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the dignity, independence, stability, and quality of life of seniors, disabled adults, and family caregivers throughout Nash, Edgecombe, Halifax, Northampton, and Wilson counties in eastern North Carolina.

Built on the trusted 26-year legacy of Able Home Health Care, LLC, AHHCSS, Inc. was created to help address critical service gaps that Medicaid, Medicare, and many traditional aging programs often fail to cover.

Through our Senior Citizen and Family Stabilization Project, we provide extended support services to help vulnerable individuals remain safe, supported, and comfortable in their own homes while also easing the physical, emotional, and financial burdens on family caregivers.

Our services may include:

• Transportation assistance
• Nutrition and food support
• Personal care and caregiver resources
• Companion support and wellness assistance
• Advocacy and community outreach
• Services that promote long-term stability, dignity, and independence
