Building on the more than 26-year legacy of Able Home Health Care, LLC, our nonprofit addresses everyday needs that may fall outside Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and other traditional programs.

Through HOPE, HELP & HOME, your gift helps seniors remain safe, supported, connected, and independent in the communities they call home.

For many older adults, a lack of transportation, nutritious food, caregiver support, social connection, or a safe living environment can threaten their health and independence.

These needs may not always be covered by traditional healthcare and aging programs, yet meeting them can help prevent a difficult situation from becoming a crisis.
